No Returns / No Refunds Policy

At Fresenia’s Fragrance, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Dislike of scent

• Ordering the wrong item

• Sensitivity or reaction to fragrance

• Gifts that were unwanted

• Packages opened or unopened

Because fragrances are personal-use items, we cannot resell returned products, so no returns or refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Freseniasfragrance@gmail.com with:

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will review the situation and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
This is the only exception to our no-return/no-refund policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If shipping insurance is not purchased at checkout, Fresenia’s Fragrance is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or unclaimed packages.

We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance for protection.
