At Fresenia’s Fragrance, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dislike of scent

Ordering the wrong item

Sensitivity or reaction to fragrance

Gifts that were unwanted

Packages opened or unopened
Because fragrances are personal-use items, we cannot resell returned products, so no returns or refunds will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Freseniasfragrance@gmail.com with:

We will review the situation and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
This is the only exception to our no-return/no-refund policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If shipping insurance is not purchased at checkout, Fresenia’s Fragrance is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or unclaimed packages.
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance for protection.

From intimate, family-owned restaurants tucked away on quiet streets to world-renowned Michelin-starred destinations, each journey has been guided by a deep appreciation for detail, atmosphere, and sensory experience. Along the way, fragrance became more than a passion—it became a way to capture moments.
Each scent in her collection tells a story. The deep, smoky richness of oud lingering in the air of the Middle East, sunlit citrus groves and sparkling limoncello along the coasts of Italy, and the warmth of spices drifting through the spice market in Turkey—these memories are preserved in carefully curated bottles collected over years of travel.
Fresenia’s Fragrance was created as an extension of that journey.
